Return Policy: Jewelry purchased through NolaBella.com can be exchanged at any time. NolaBella is unable to issue a refund, but will gladly exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. A credit will be issued for exchanges of lesser value and can be used at any time. For inquiries, please contact jill@nolabella.com

Repairs: Repairs can be made for items purchased through nolabella.com. Repairs that are necessary and based on normal wear are of no charge to the customer.

Special Orders: Adjustments can be made at any time on jewelry purchased through nolabella.com. For inquiries, please contact specialorders@nolabella.com.

Cleaning: All Sterling Silver Jewelry can be polished with either a polish cloth or liquid cleaner intended for sterling silver. Liquid Cleaner HIGHLY recommended for all Sterling Silver Disc Jewelry. Copper Jewelry may naturally patina over time, and adds to the unique quality of a piece. If you prefer to keep chains shiny, I recommend a gentle cleaner for precious metals. (Jax Brass,Copper and Gold Cleaner.) Abrasive cleaners are not recommended as they may damage metals and gems.

Shipping/Ordering: Your order will be processed immediately. All orders will be shipped via UPS Priority Mail. Because each piece is personally handcrafted, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
